The trouble with red wine
is that there’s always room for more. Running out of Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world’s most disheartening experiences.
When I have my own house, a fully-stocked wine cellar is first on the criteria. South African Cab-Sav and Les Coteaux Demi-Sec Vouvray (chenin blanc grape, for those who are interested..) will be the highest priority.
